  3. Save — the property will show the updated status badge.

5 Responding to Enquiries

Handling Leads

When someone enquires about your listing, you will receive an email notification. To ensure fast response times:

  • Check your email regularly, including spam/junk folders.
  • Respond within 24 hours to maximize conversion.
  • Follow up with a phone call if you have the prospect’s number.

6 Best Practices

Pricing

Research comparable properties in the area. Competitive pricing attracts more views and enquiries.

Descriptions

Write clear, factual descriptions. Mention nearby schools, shopping centres, transport, and security features.

Photography

Clean and stage the property before photos. Natural light and wide angles make spaces look inviting.

Updates

Keep listings current. Remove sold/rented properties promptly and update prices when they change.
